Hello! Here’s what we’ve been up to this month:
This Lunch Bunch! Every Wednesday we invite students to eat lunch together and discuss a story from Jesus’ life. These students come from lots of different backgrounds. Some have heard the stories before, but many of them are hearing them for the first time. It’s fun to watch and listen to them engage with the stories of Jesus without ever having heard a sermon or commentary on them before.
We read the story of Jesus and Blind Bartimaeus in Lunch Bunch and our volunteer, Tom led us in an experiential activity where some of us ate blind folded and the rest of us were guides!
