This month has flown! I’ve been encouraged this month especially by my small group and the friendships they are developing with one another. We’re all more familiar with each other and share a lot of laughs during our small group time. Two of the girls I finished our 10 month, one-on-one Bible study with are now leading that Bible study with new girls in our group! I’m looking forward to how they mature in their faith through that process.

Me and Amelia passed out encouraging notes, capri suns, and popcorn for TWU students studying for midterms. A good way to bless the campus with a little gift and have a presence as an organization on campus. Amelia handmade of these encouragement cards!
Madison is graduating this May and next year is going to be a pastoral apprentice with FOCUS at UTA! This has been her first year leading core and I’ve had the honor to get to meet with her each week and be encouraged by her humility and excitement for the Lord.

Our pastoral staff took sabbatical day to spend time in solitude with God. We also got to play basketball together :) Spending time with the Lord and with good friends felt like a little slice of what heaven will be like.
Sometimes I come home to a house full of students studying or hanging out in my living room and we have sweet moments like these
