Baptisms, Worship, and Bible Studies

Hi, here’s a quick update on some stuff happening in Denton this month!

The last two weekends, five women choose to be baptized: Grace, Diana, MJ, Christiana, and Nia. Lots of fellows students and family members showed up to support. 

We our first ever worship night at the TWU chapel. We had a big turn out for it being a TWU specific event (plus three UNT guys who came to support). We’re thinking about the future of the TWU ministry if our Denton ministry continues to grow like it has been. So we’re hosting some more TWU specific events this year to see how they do on their own.

When I walk around campus some days I see our students leading Bible studies everywhere I go: in the Union, Starbucks, by the fountain outside. It’s always really encouraging to see God at work.  This is Chloe after finishing a study with someone (the other person not pictured).
