November Update

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thank you for your partnership and for your encouragements. You make campus ministry possible.  I'm very thankful to be able to participate in God's work in the way that I do and you help to make that a possibility.

Our small group hung out to watch the Prince of Egypt and decorate pumpkin cookies. I love these girls!
Hosanna and Conner both dressed up as Linguini from the movie Ratatouille.
(Note the rats at the bottom)
We had Rikk Watts, distinguished and passionate New Testament scholar come teach on 1 and 2 Samuel. Here's my small group taking a break and chatting about the what we learned.  Many of our students are not very well read in scripture, so things like this really challenge them.  Our campus staff has taken a special notice to this this year, so we're brain storming some ways to get the students excited about scripture. You can listen to the lecture on 1 and 2 Samuel here!

A group of us went to see one the the TWU girls play the oboe in the university band.

A thank you note from on of my girls! So sweet!

Thank you for reading and for your continued partnership in campus ministry!

Much love,
Becca Thurston
