We just had our annual Winter Retreat last weekend and now we’re back to our usual activities for the semester…once the ice melts. Amazingly, 850 college students from the DFW Area attended last weekend (about 15 from Richland)! We’re not counting success by numbers of students, but we are amazed at what God is doing within and through all these students coming together, united in Christ, to spend their whole weekend worshiping God and learning from the Scriptures.
Our guest speaker, Marty Solomon, is a Jewish Christian and shared with us a Jewish perspective on Genesis, particularly how Genesis sets the story of scripture in God’s love for humanity. If you want to listen to his teachings, check out the Bema Podcast.
