Hello!
February was short but eventful. The women in our ministry are learning and growing together through conflict, repentance and restoration. We're thankful for what God is doing in their hearts and very hopeful for what's to come. Please pray for our Richland women to grow closer to God as they face adversity.
We had a couple evens this month!
On Sunday we had a Pizza and Theology seminar called How to Think like a Christian. The idea is to teach students not “what to think” but “how to think” to find out what is true and what isn’t using scripture and other resources God gives to us. Our students were really engaged, taking notes, and came away wanting to think more critically about ideas they hold. You can listen to Part 1 and Part 2 of pizza theology.
We took our students to pack meals with Feed My Starving Children. The meals will be sent all over the world to feed hungry people.
Some of our students had a basket ball game this week. They won and might make it to nationals!
